Booking Procedure

If you’re planning your next year’s holiday or a winter mini-break why not do something different and hire one of our luxury motorhomes?

Whether you’re exploring Europe’s hidden gems, or just wanting a weekend getaway in the UK, why not visit a favourite caravan site or campsite? When you have the luxury and convenience of a motor home to travel in, you will discover a whole different way to enjoy your holiday.

We offer a choice of 3 brand new motorhomes. If this is your first time in a motorhome and you are not sure which one is right for you please do not hesitate to call one of our team who will only be too happy to discuss your requirements. Hiring a motorhome is a great cost effective way to test both the layout and the lifestyle.

Booking could not be simpler, fill in the contact form with what motorhome you would like to hire and the dates of the hire. Once this is confirmed we require a 30% non refundable deposit to secure your dates which has to be paid within 48 hours of booking.

Booking Requirements

For the purpose of our insurance at the point of the booking we request that you provide the following via email within 48 hours. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of your booking.

Photo of your driving license (both sides)
Driving license share code, please go to the Government website and share you code with us via email:
www.gov.uk/view-my-licence

Proof of address

1 utility bill / statement
1 of the documents listed below
Each document must be dated within the last 90 days. The address and name on your license must match both documents
What is acceptable?
Electricity, Water, Gas, Broadband, Council tax or Landline
1 of the following alongside a utility:
TV/Internet/landline telephone bill
Bank or Credit Statement
Mortgage statement
Mobile phone bill
Security deposit: A £1000.00 security deposit is required 7 days before the hire
